You are to discuss the points below in essay format, following the essay template/scaffold (provided):

Assess how exhibitions create context and meaning for artworks.
● Discuss this statement with reference to specific artists and artworks you have studied.
Include:
1. Briefly discuss the ideas of Conceptual Art. Include its origins, reasons for its creation and art
trends of the time. Also, how this new Art was viewed by Art galleries and Critics at the time.
2. Analyse 2 Art movements which are part of the “Conceptual Art”.
You are to select 2 Artists
● 1 Artist from each Conceptual Art movement and discuss 2 Artworks from each Artist.
● Include: What the movements were about? (ie Earth Art, Performance Art, etc.)
